ASIS and Pelvic Alignment Assessment

It’s important to assess and visually look at the ASIS - or pelvis alignment (think hip bones). We want to see the pelvis as level as possible in relation to the clients shoulders and the knees.

The hip / pelvic girdle plays an important role in connecting the upper body to the lower body and carries a great deal of stress and influence for keeping everything in good alignment and stable for ones mobility.

Having our hip bones or pelvis out of alignment can cause:

🔥- Hip Pain
🔥- Back Pain
🚷- Imbalances with Walking/gait patterns
💀- Head / Neck Pain
🦵🏼- Knee / Foot Pain
🩻- Muscle and Skeletal imabalances
🪢- Fascial Restrictions

Come see the difference in our apprach to fascial stretching and myoskeletal alignment for decreasing pain and restoring mobiltiy.
