Thai Massage

I often default to Thai Massage techniques for deep tissue work as I find it is easier on my hands - and I can get deeper pressure over a larger area.

Here I am working on the quads which, when tight or under constant tension, and cause many knee, hip and back pain issues.

Doing Deep Tissue and Thai Massage work has many benefits including receiving tension, addressing chronic pain in muscles and joints, aids in increasing blood flow while reducing inflammation and promotes better recovery from activities.
