Pec Stretch and Mobility!

Tight Pecs can not only be uncomfortable and cause pain in the chest and breast region, it can also contribute to a decreased ability for breathing, rounded shoulders which limit range of motion and strength as well as inhibit proper nerve function.

Active movement by the client while stretching can help restore normal mobility, reduce pain and re-educate postural alignment.

Our goals and intentions gide in pressure, intensity and purpose of each session to avoid unnecessary pain.
