Massage & Mens Bodywork Services

Your massage session is a customized session based on your needs: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, etc. Athletic Bodywork, Sports Massage & Deep Tissue are very different modalities and although they can be combined it is important that your massage therapist understand their differences, knowing when to apply techniques to help with your specific needs, promote circulation, reduce aches and pains, and to aid in your general recovery and injury prevention. 60 min and 90 min sessions available and are fully customizable - combo sessions are available (stretch, massage, etc).

Lomi Lomi / Ka Huna Massage - $180

This luxurious and pampering massage session runs about 60 - 70 minutes. This spiritual healing modality originated from Hawaii and combines breath work and mindfulness with intention (prayers, meditation, etc). It is a wonderful way to unwind, restore the body, mind and spirit and help the client to release anything that is holding them back.

120 Minute Session = $250

This 2 hour session is set to give you a combination of stretching, myoskeletal work and a full body massage (a fusion of Swedish, Lomi Lomi/Ka Huna, etc) ending with Red Light Therapy and a foot massage.

60 Minute THAI MASSAGE - $180

This floor based modality combines compression, stretching, acupressure and reflexology, to get significant reduction in muscle tension which increases muscle flexibility and helps restore joint mobility. This carries over into improved athletic performance, boosted energy and other health benefits. This is done at my home studio and must be scheduled out in advance. Please contact me for scheduling.

PACKAGES

Regular Assisted Fascial Stretching & Myoskeletal Alignment sessions are also available in packages. Buy 5 sessions and get the 6th Session Free for the 60 and 90 Minute sessions.

For the 120 min session - pay for 10 and get 2 Sessions free with a monthly commitment.

SOUND HEALING BATHS

You can add a sound bath to any session, or have a private session at my home studio. Sound baths are a great way to bring mental clarity, decrease anxiety, reduce stress, connect to ones-self and spirit, improve sleep and overall mood.

I approach my bodywork from a caring and practical spiritual awareness that is fundamental to my approach to life. I seek to work with men in a warm, friendly, open, honest and respectful manner that upholds and maintains both personal & professional standards of integrity.

Filling out the online questionnaire prior to your session provides me the opportunity to understand your unique needs prior to coming in and to customize your session. This is your time, and we will still discuss in person any particulars to determine the focus and intent of your session and to determine your comfort and modesty level.

I use a variety of healing modalities and massage techniques from Fascial Stretching, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi & Kahuna style massages, Thai Massage as well as Myoskeletal Alignment techniques that are uniquely blended to offer you a profoundly deep relaxing and spiritually awaking session that promotes self esteem and a sense of well being. The session can be an intimate awaking and liberation of your humanity and pride. Services are therapeutic and professional and not to be confused with sex.
