All Appointments Are To Be Paid For And Booked Online PRIOR To Your Appointment. Home Visits/Travel Require You To Call And Make Reservations To Determine Availability And Time Frame. Even If Appointment Is Made, I Will Not Show Unless Payment Has Been Made In Advance.

REFUND POLICY

There Are No Refunds For Missed Appointments Or Late Cancellations. There Are No Refunds On Coupon Codes, Gift Cards/Certificates, Or Discount Promotions. Should A Refund Be Deemed Necessary & Appropriate Due To Any Covid, Or Significant Health Issue For Any Package(S) Purchased, The Session(S) Used Will Be Deducted At The FULL price of a single session for said time (60 min/90 min, etc.) And Any Remaining Amount Will Be Issued As A Refund.

CANCELLATIONS

We Require A 24 Hour Cancellation For Appointments To Allow For Accommodating Others. If You Are Unable To Cancel Within 24 Hours You Will Be Charged The FULL Amount For The Session And/Or Session Will Be Deducted From Any Package You Have Purchased. We Will Do Our Best To Accommodate And Reschedule For Emergencies And Illness.

NO SHOWS

Anyone Who Forgets Their Appointment Will Be Charged In Full Amount For Their “Missed” Appointment. If You’ve Purchased A Package - It Will Be Deducted From The Package.

LATE ARRIVALS

Should You Arrive Late For Your Scheduled Time, We Will Utilize Any Remaining Amount Of Time After You Arrive. You Will Be Responsible For The Full Session Pricing. Home Visits Require A Window Of Time To Allow For Traffic, Set Up And Tear Down.

If You Need To Reschedule - Please Contact Us ASAP And We Will Work With You As Best As Possible To Arrange A Different Time.

CHECK-IN

Please Arrive On Time. Please Come In Through The Front Entrance Off Of S Fair Oaks Ave. You Can Use The Keypad To Call Me And I Will Let You In. There Is A Call Box At The Front Door AND By The Elevator. You Can Call From Either - Please Choose One and I Will Come And Get You Or Send The Elevator To You. Front Door is Unlocked During Normal Business Hours Mon - Fri. Please Park On The Street As There Is Plenty Of Parking. There is more parking options in seveal lots and garages close by. The garage is 90 minutes free at the corner of Green and S Fair Oaks.

FACILITIES

Treatment Room Is Set Up For Your Enjoyment And Relaxation. There Is A Bathroom Down The Hall If You Need To Change, However Please Try And Come Already Dressed, Showered, Clean As Access Is Limited To Your Allotted Time.

TRAVEL

Travel Is At The Discretion Of The Therapist. Please Call For Availability PRIOR To Booking Online For Purchasing Code. No Discount Pricing Or Packages For In-Home Visits. No 1/2 Hour Visits. Only 90 Min Sessions And A Limit Of 3 Sessions Per Travel Call.

AGE 18 AND YOUNGER

If You Are 18 Years Or Younger You MUST Have An Adult (Over The Age Of 21) With You For Stretch Sessions. No Exceptions.

INSURANCE & CLAIMS

If you have medical insurance and you wish for your insurance to pay for sessions, you will have to pay for the sessions first/upfront. I will provide you with receipts and statements of documentation for you to submit on your own behalf for reimbursement by your insurance. Super-bills for Insurance Claims are ONLY provided for full-pay of 60 ($155) and 90 Min ($180) sessions and NOT provided on packages, discounts, promos, home visits or Gift Cards/Certificates.

I WILL NOT SUBMIT CLAIMS ON YOUR BEHALF.

Those receiving financial assistance, first responders, front line workers, online discounts and or promo’s for any service, packages, memberships, etc., are not eligible for insurance submission.

If you plan on utilizing your insurance to cover the costs of your sessions, please call your insurance FIRST and verify your coverage, and let me know in advance of your desire.

Check with your insurance company whether they cover Fascial Stretch Therapy or Massage Therapy. Insurance that covers massage therapy may cover stretching, since I am certified as a massage therapist in California - CA#86449. My Tax ID is: 82-5134910.

It is rare that insurances will cover Fascial Stretch Therapy even though I am a certified massage therapist as there is no billabel code for Fascial Stretching.

If you choose to utilize your insurance, be sure to also verify if your insurance will require an MD’s prescription.

PLEASE NOTE: I may require an MD’s prescription regardless of insurance approval or not, should I feel that you need clearance by an MD prior to being seen or at any point during our time working together should any medical issues arise. If you are in doubt - please call me so we can discuss your situation in detail to insure the best care possible.

I am more than happy to work with your medical team - MD, Chiro, Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, etc., to insure quality continuum of care.

Many clients use their HSA or FSA to pay for Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions. Please contact your provider and verify that Fascial Stretch Therapy or massage therapy are approved for spending from your account.

If you need a detailed receipt for documenting your HSA or FSA spending, please notify me in advance of your session to prepare paperwork.
